Ayrah Academy Refund Policy

At Ayrah Academy, we strive to provide the best experience for all students in our online Quran classes. Our transparent refund policy ensures fairness and clarity, so you feel confident in your decision to join us. Please review our policy carefully to understand the terms under which refunds may be granted.

Full Refund before Classes Start: If you decide to withdraw before your Quran online classes begin, we offer a full
refund with no deductions. This ensures that if your plans change before your learning journey starts, you are
covered.

Missed Classes by Ayrah Academy: In the rare instance that we fail to deliver scheduled classes due to any issue on our part,
we will adjust the missed classes in your schedule or issue a refund for the missed sessions.

Credit for Future Classes: If you need to pause your classes due to personal reasons, the remaining balance can be
transferred to the next month. This ensures flexibility in managing your learning schedule.

Public Holidays and Teacher Leave: Our tutors observe Eid holidays twice a year, and these are paid leave days, meaning
they are included in the monthly fee. Classes on other public holidays are also counted as paid, but we will make every effort
to accommodate your schedule.
