بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَـٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ (Bismillāhir-Raḥmānir-Raḥīm) (In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful) (اللہ کے نام سے جو بے حد رحم کرنے والا، نہایت مہربان ہے۔)

أَلَمْ نَشْرَحْ لَكَ صَدْرَكَ (Alam nashraḥ laka ṣadrak) (Did We not expand for you, [O Muhammad], your breast?) کیا ہم نے آپ کا سینہ کھول نہیں دیا؟

وَوَضَعْنَا عَنكَ وِزْرَكَ (Wa waḍa’nā ‘anka wizrak) (And We removed from you your burden) اور آپ سے آپ کا بوجھ اتار نہیں دیا؟

ٱلَّذِىٓ أَنقَضَ ظَهْرَكَ (Allaḏī anqaḍa ẓahrak) (Which had weighed upon your back) جو آپ کی پیٹھ توڑ رہا تھا۔

وَرَفَعْنَا لَكَ ذِكْرَكَ (Wa rafa’nā laka ḏikrak) (And raised high for you your repute) اور آپ کا ذکر بلند نہیں کر دیا؟

فَإِنَّ مَعَ ٱلْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا (Fa inna ma’al ‘usri yusrā) (For indeed, with hardship [will be] ease) پس بے شک مشکل کے ساتھ آسانی ہے۔

إِنَّ مَعَ ٱلْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا (Inna ma’al ‘usri yusrā) (Indeed, with hardship [will be] ease) بے شک مشکل کے ساتھ آسانی ہے۔

فَإِذَا فَرَغْتَ فَٱنصَبْ (Fa iḏā faraġta fanṣab) (So when you have finished [your duties], then stand up [for worship]) تو جب آپ فارغ ہوں تو عبادت میں محنت کریں۔

وَإِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ فَٱرْغَبْ (Wa ilā rabbika farġab) (And to your Lord direct [your] longing) اور اپنے رب ہی کی طرف رغبت کریں۔
